This is Beckett. He just turned 1 years old. For this very special and ridiculously cute guy, his parents thought of a great idea for his birthday. They wanted Beckett to enjoy his birthday, his way. Now what would a 1 year old boy want to do…. Destroy! I mean, really have his cake and eat it too!

When cake is put in front of any toddlers face, they always try desperately to put their mark on it.  Some try a sneak attack, some do a quick gouge and some straight out lunge at it. All in all, they want that cake…so let them have it how they want it. I can image it would be every toddlers dream.

Teaming up with photographer, Tanya Soderlund, they were able to make this mischievous showdown come to life in these stunning photos. He smashed, they smiled. It was all worthwhile. Now, let’s hope he does not expecting it every year.
